"Restart Reconciliation" user alert
A warning will display when a user selects "Restart Reconciliation." If the user selects to bypass the alert, all changes made will be discarded and the reconciliation will be restarted. If the user selects to cancel out of the alert, they will be returned to the reconciliation screen and reconciliation steps completed up to that point will be retained.

The Order Entry Console (Orders This Episode section) is enhanced to optionally support the "continuation" of orders that were discontinued automatically upon discharge when those orders are copied to a new episode, if in external pharmacy mode and the registry setting 'Orders "continue" when copied from disch. Ep. to new Ep. (ext. pharmacy mode)' is set to "Y". Please refer to the registry setting help message for additional details about this functionality.
Note: Avatar NX Release 2022.01.00 must also be installed for full functionality. Also note that this functionality is available only in myAvatar NX.

OE NX - Sliding Scale Insulin Instructions
The following enhancements are introduced:
1) In the 'Sliding Scale Insulin Template Setup' form, support is added to allow for changes to the 'Period' column headings, the number of active 'Period' columns, and the start and end times for each 'Period'.
2) The Order Entry Console (Orders This Episode and Admission Med Reconciliation sections) is modified to support displaying the 'Sliding Scale Instructions' dialog's columns based on the definition of the selected 'Sliding Scale Insulin Template'. The 'Sliding Scale Instructions' text that populate the 'Addl Instructions' field is also modified to reflect the column headings from the 'Sliding Scale Insulin Template' that is being used.
Note: A myAvatar Client Update or upgrade must also be installed to make use of these types of modified 'Sliding Scale Insulin Templates', and that the Order Entry Console enhancements are available only in myAvatar NX.
Also note that Avatar eMAR Update 025 must be installed in order for Avatar eMAR to be sensitive to the modified 'Period' columns, column headings, and start and end times. Finally, note that Avatar eMAR will be sensitive to the modified 'Period' start and end times only when the order was created via the Order Entry Console using myAvatar NX.
