Specific Setup:
- A client is enrolled in an existing episode (Client A).
- Document Routing is enabled on the 'Treatment Plan' Form.
Steps
- Select "Client A" and access the 'Treatment Plan' form.
- Enter the desired date in the 'Plan Date' field.
- Select the desired value in the 'Plan Type' field.
- Select "Draft" in the 'Treatment Plan Status' field.
- Validate the 'Problems' label displays above the 'Problems' grid.
- Validate the 'Plan Participants' label displays above the 'Plan Participants' grid.
- Populate any desired fields.
- Click [Submit].

- A client must have an inpatient episode whose program or unit are configured in the ‘External Pharmacy Setup’ form. (Client A)
- “Client A” must have a ‘Date of Birth’, ‘Sex’ and address on file in the ‘Update Client Data’ form, as well as information filed in the ‘Allergies and Hypersensitivities’ form, ‘Diagnosis’ form, and in the ‘Height’ and ‘Weight’ fields in the ‘Vitals Entry’ form.
Steps
- Select "Client A" and access the Order Entry Console.
- Search and select "PRILOSEC (26433) 10 MG CAPSULE, DELAYED RELEASE ORAL" in the 'New Order' field.
- Click [TAPER/TITRATE].
- Validate the 'Taper/Titrate' dialog contains the order "PRILOSEC(10 MG) CAPSULE, DELAYED RELEASE (Capsule) ORAL".
- Validate [Calendar] is selected.
- Set the 'Dose' field to "2".
- Validate the 'Dose Unit' field contains "Capsule".
- Validate "1" is displayed in the 'Days' field.
- Select "AS NEEDED" in the 'Freq' field.
- Click [Add Step].
- Set the 2nd 'Dose' field to "3".
- Validate the 2nd 'Dose Unit' field contains "Capsule".
- Validate the 2nd 'Days' field contains "1".
- Select "AS NEEDED" in the 2nd 'Freq' field.
- Click [Add to Scratchpad].
- Click the 1st order in the 'Scratchpad'.
- Validate the 'Stop Time' field contains "11:59 PM".
- Select "Capsule" from the 'Dispense Qty Unit' field.
- Click [Update Order].
- Click the 2nd order in the 'Scratchpad'.
- Select "Capsule" from the 'Dispense Qty Unit' field.
- Click [Update Order] and [Final Review].
- Validate the 'Interactions' dialog is displayed.
- Override all interactions and click [Save Override and Exit].

- “Client A” must have a ‘Date of Birth’, ‘Sex’ and address on file in the ‘Update Client Data’ form, as well as information filed in the ‘Allergies and Hypersensitivities’ form, ‘Diagnosis’ form, and in the ‘Height’ and ‘Weight’ fields in the ‘Vitals Entry’ form.
Steps
- Select "Client A" and access the Order Entry Console.
- Search for and select "ATIVAN 1 MG TABLET ORAL" in the 'New Order' field.
- Set the 'Dose' field to "1".
- Select "TABLET" in the 'Dose Unit' field.
- Select "TWICE A DAY" in the 'Freq' field.
- Validate that the 'First Dose Date' field contains the current date.

- RxConnect must be installed and configured to communicate with myAvatar and vice versa.
- Avatar CareFabric must be installed and configured to communicate with myAvatar and vice versa.
- CareConnect must be installed and configured to communicate with Avatar CareFabric and vice versa.
- There must be an active '(Outbound)ORDERS-RXCONNECT' connection.
- The 'Avatar PM->Client Management->Movement Options->->->Allow Admission To File/Edit Pre-Admits' registry setting must be set to "Y".

Steps
- Review the ‘My To Do’s’ widget to note the number of items for each category. The total of the items will equal the number of ‘To Do’s’ that will be noted below.
- Access the dropdown menu, designated by three lines in the upper right corner of the form.
- Click on the ‘Checkmark’ to display the ‘To Do’s’.
- Note the number of ‘To Do’s’ to verify that the total matches the number of items in the widget.
- Select any item and click [Review To Do Item].
- Check the ‘Reviewed’ checkbox.
- Click [Submit].
- Wait a few seconds and note that the number of ‘To Do’s’ is reduced by one.
- If desired, mark additional items as ‘Reviewed’ and submit.
- After each item note that the number of ‘To Do’s’ is reduced by one.
- Note the final count of ‘To Do’s’.
- Review the ‘My To Do’s’ widget to note that the total number of items has changed and now matches the final count of ‘To Do’s’.
- Select an item in any category of the widget, review and submit it.
- Validate that the widget category count is reduced by one.
- If desired, mark additional items as ‘Reviewed’ and submit.

- Click [Select Item(s) To Post Against].
- A grid will open containing a row for all services, including information regarding amounts received, if any.
- Select a minimum of one row that has a dollar amount in the ‘Difference’ columns.
- Click [OK] when all desired rows have been selected.
- Note the ‘Information’ message and the current balance for the guarantor.
- Click [OK].
- Enter desired value in ‘Posting Date’.
- Enter desired value in ‘Date of Receipt’.
- Validate that the ‘Guarantor’ defaulted to the guarantor in the current balance message.

- An existing guarantor is assigned to the clients. Note the guarantor id and name.
- Service Codes:
- Two professional service codes are identified. Make sure the fee definition is created for each service code. Note the service code.
- Client Charge Input:
- A service is rendered to the first client using the service code identified above. Note the service date.
- A service is rendered to the second client using the service code identified above. Note the service date.
- Client Ledger:
- Make sure the liability distributed to the assigned guarantor. Note the service dates used for both the client.
- Close the charges for both the clients
- Create Interim Billing Batch:
- Two interim billing batches are created, first batch includes the service rendered to first client and the second batch includes the service rendered to second client. Note batch numbers.
- Electronic Billing:
- First service is claimed on the 837 professional bill. Note the Claim number.

- First 835 remittance file is created using the claim information found in the 837 professional file for the first service rendered to the client. Note the file name.
Steps
- Open the '835 Health Care Claim Payment/Advice' form.
- Load and compile the first 835 file created to process the payment for the first service in the setup.
- Verify the 835 file loads and compiles successfully against the service.
- Post the file.
- Load and compile the second 835 file created to process the payment for the first service in the setup.
- Verify the 835 file loads and compiles successfully.
- Select 'Work Compile' in the 'Options' field.

Steps
- Access the 'Admission' form.

- Access the 'Progress Notes (Group and Individual)' form.
- Validate the ‘Admitting Practitioner’ and ‘Attending Practitioner’ fields in the client header contain the credentials for the staff member associated with the logged in user.

- Validate the 'Interactions' dialog is displayed.
- Override all interactions and click [Save Override and Exit].
- Validate the 'Final Review' dialog is displayed and click [Sign].
- Validate the 'Order grid' contains the order for "Ambien" and the 'Client Reported' order for "Low Dose Aspirin".
- Click the 'Discharge Med Reconciliation' tab.
- Validate the 'Discharge Disposition' field is required and does not contain a value.
- Validate the 'Inpatients Medications' order grid contains an order for "CEFACLOR 250 MG ORAL CAPSULE 1 Capsule, Twice A Day" and "LISINOPRIL 20 MG TABLET ORAL 1 Tablet, Every Day".
- Validate the 'Home Medications Scratchpad (Post-Discharge)' contains an order for "Ambien 10 MG ORAL Tablet (Schedule IV)Take one (1) tablet by mouth daily (Refills: 0, Disp. Qty: 30 Tablet)" and an order for "Low Dose Aspirin - 81 MG, ECT, PO Take one (1) tablet by mouth daily".
- Search for "Advil" in the 'New Order' field.
- Validate a message is displayed stating "A Discharge Disposition is required. Please select a disposition to continue" and click [OK]
- Select "Discharge to Home" in the 'Discharge Disposition' field.
- Validate the 'No Prescription Required' checkbox is not checked.
- Check the 'No Prescription Required' checkbox.
- Uncheck the 'No Prescription Required' checkbox.
- Select the "CEFACLOR" order and click [Add to Scratchpad As RX].
- Validate that the "CEFACLOR" order is displayed in the 'Home Medications Scratchpad (Post-Discharge)' with a red flag in the 'Action' column.
- Select the "CEFACLOR" order in the 'Home Medications Scratchpad (Post-Discharge)'.
- Validate the 'No Prescription Required' checkbox is not checked.
- Set the 'Days Supply' field to "30" and press Tab
- Validate the 'Dispense Qty' field contains "60".
- Validate the 'Dispense Qty Unit' field contains "Capsule"
- Click [Update Order].
- Validate the "CEFACLOR" order in 'Home Medications Scratchpad (Post-Discharge)' no longer has a red flag in the action column.
- Select the "LISINOPRIL" order in the 'Inpatient Medications' order grid and click [Add to Scratchpad No RX].
- Validate the "LISINOPRIL" order is displayed in the 'Home Medications Scratchpad (Post-Discharge)' with "NoRX" in the 'Type' field.
- Select the "LISINOPRIL" order in the 'Home Medications Scratchpad (Post-Discharge)'.
- Validate the 'No Prescription Required' checkbox is checked.
- Click [Update Order].
- Select the "Low Dose Aspirin" order in the 'Home Medications Scratchpad (Post-Discharge)' and click [Make Rx].
- Validate that "NoRx Checkbox is hidden for MakeRx orders" is displayed in red font.
- Set the 'Days Supply' field to "30" and press Tab.
- Validate the 'Dispense Qty' field contains "30".
- Validate the 'Dispense Qty Unit' field contains "Tablet".
- Click [Update Order].
- Validate that the "Low Dose Aspirin" order has "MAKE RX" in the 'Action' column and "Rx" in the 'Type' column.
- Select the "Ambien" order in the 'Home Medications Scratchpad (Post-Discharge)' and click [Reorder/Modify].
- Validate that "NoRx Checkbox is hidden for Reordered orders" is displayed in red font and click [Update Order].
- Validate that the "Ambien" order has "REORDER/MODIFY" displayed in the 'Action' column.
- Select the "Ambien" order and the "Low Dose Aspirin" order in the 'Home Medications Scratchpad (Post-Discharge)'.
- Validate a message is displayed stating "Selected orders with different max refills. The lowest value for maximum refills allowed will be enforced" and click [OK].
- Validate that "NoRx Checkbox is hidden from selecting MakeRx and Modify/Reorder orders" is displayed in red font and click [Cancel].
- Click [Review and Sign].
- Validate that an 'Interactions' dialog is displayed.
- Override all interactions and click [Save Override and Exit].
- Validate the 'Final Review' dialog is displayed and click [Sign].
- Validate the 'Discharge Med Reconciliation' tab is in view-only mode.
- Click [Print Report].
- Validate a row below the 'Signed By' row contains "Discharge Disposition: Discharge to Home".
- Close the report.
- Select the 'Home Medications' tab.
- Validate the 'Order grid' contains the following orders:
- "Lisinopril - 20 MG, TAB, PO Take one (1) tablet by mouth daily Reported Source: Discharge Med Rec - No Rx Needed"
- "Cefaclor 250 MG ORAL Capsule Take one (1) capsule by mouth twice a day (Refills: 0, Disp. Qty: 60 Capsule)"

Scenario 1: 'Start Date' and 'Start Time' are disabled on the Order Entry Console (Orders This Episode section) when creating a new order.
Specific Setup:
- A client must have an active episode. (Client A)
- “Client A” must have a ‘Date of Birth’, ‘Sex’ and address on file in the ‘Update Client Data’ form, as well as information filed in the ‘Allergies and Hypersensitivities’ form, ‘Diagnosis’ form, and in the ‘Height’ and ‘Weight’ fields in the ‘Vitals Entry’ form.
Steps
- Select "Client A" and access the Order Entry Console.
- Search for and select "AMBIEN 10 MG TABLET ORAL (Schedule IV)" in the 'New Order' field.
- Set the 'Dose' field to "1" and press Tab.
- Select "TABLET" in the 'Dose Unit' field.
- Select "One Time Only at 07:30 PM" in the 'Freq' field.
- Validate the 'Duration' field contains "1".
- Validate the 'Start Date' field is disabled and contains the current date.
- Validate the 'Start Time' field is disabled and contains the current time.
- Validate the 'Stop Date' field contains a date that is one day in the future of the current date.
- Validate the 'Stop Time' field contains a time that is one minute prior to the current time.
- Click [Add to Scratchpad] and [Sign].
- Validate the 'interaction' dialog is displayed.
- Override all interactions and click [Save Override and Exit].
- Validate the 'Order grid' contains an order for "AMBIEN 10 MG ORAL TABLET (Schedule IV)1 TABLET, One Time Only at 07:30 PM".

OE NX - Specimen Type
Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:
Scenario 1: OE NX - Creating two Lab orders with single values selected in the 'Specimen Types Allowed' field in 'Order Code Setup'
Specific Setup:
- Two 'Specimen Types' must exist.
- One with a 'Dictionary Code' of "Stool" and a 'Dictionary Description' of "Stool Sample". (Stool)
- One with a 'Dictionary Code' and 'Dictionary Description' of "Blood". (Blood).
- Two lab-type order codes must exist that are associated with 'eVendors' and have "Specified at Order Time" selected in the 'Specimen Type' field.
- One with "Stool Sample" selected in the 'Specimen Types Allowed' field (WBCS).
- One with "Blood" selected in the 'Specimen Types Allowed' field (RBC).
- A client must have an active inpatient episode. (Client A)
Steps
- Select "Client A" and access the Order Entry Console.
- Search for and select "WBCS" in the 'New Order' field.
- Validate the 'Specimen Type' field is required, enabled and contains no default value.
- Click the 'Specimen Type' field and validate that only "Stool Sample" is displayed.
- Select "Stool Sample" in the 'Specimen Type' field.
- Set the 'Duration' field to "1" and click [Days].
- Click [Add to Scratchpad].
- Search for and select "RBC" in the 'New Order' field.
- Validate the 'Specimen Type' field is required, enabled and contains no default value.
- Click the 'Specimen Type' field and validate that only "Blood" is displayed.
- Select "Blood" in the 'Specimen Type' field.
- Set the 'Duration' field to "24" and click [Hours].
- Click [Add to Scratchpad] and [Sign].
- Validate the 'Order grid' contains an order for "RBC (Blood)" and an order for "WBCS (Stool Sample)".
