OE NX - Orders This Episode - Create Additional One-Time-Only Order(s)
The 'Create Additional One-Time-Only Order(s) for 'Give Now' Orders' registry setting is added and will allow the application to create one and possibly two separate one-time-only orders, triggered by the use of the 'Give Initial Dose Now' button in the Order Entry Console (Orders This Episode section).
Note: Avatar NX Update 2022.11.00 and Avatar OE 2022 Update 79 must installed to enable this functionality. Also note that this functionality is available only in myAvatar NX.
Value Added: Avatar Order Entry is enhanced to create one-time-only orders when utilizing 'Give Initial Dose now' functionality in non-external pharmacy mode

OE NX - Order Entry Console - First Dose
The following enhancements are introduced:
1) The 'Default to Give Initial Dose Now' field is added to the 'Frequency Code Setup' form.
2) The ''First Dose' adjustment allowed when 'Give Initial Dose Now'' registry setting is added and allows the facility to define a number of minutes by which the 'First Dose' field in the Order Entry Console (Orders This Episode section) can be adjusted from the default before 'Give Initial Dose Now' is automatically deselected.
Note: A myAvatar Client Update or upgrade must also be installed in order for this functionality to be available in the Order Entry Console.
Value Added: Functionality has been added to default to 'Give Initial Dose Now' as well as a registry setting to define what "Now" is in the context of 'Give Initial Dose Now'.

OE NX - Order Group Dialog
The following changes have been made:
1.The order name will now be 50% of the width of the dialog.
2. A tool tip was added to the Order name so that the full order name can be read.
3. Added a label to the dose/frequency after the order name.
4. Added the ability to scroll horizontally when needed.
5. Locks the order name and dose/frequency in place when scrolling horizontally.
6. The 'Addl Instruction' dropdown and textfield were moved to be inline with the rest of the order options.
7. Better lined up 'Frequency", "Reason", "Reason Text", "Addl Instructions", and "Addl Instructions Text" fields.
8. When a frequency is selected that hides the custom button, the button will be hidden and the dropdown will expand to fill the space.
9. Added a [Collapse/Expand Selected] button
10. When individual orders are manually checked, said orders will expand.
Value Added: The 'Order Group' dialog has been changed to better utilize all available space in the dialog. Furthermore the ability to expand/collapse the order details on selected orders has been added.

Task List - Non-Medication "PRN Task" Sorting
If the task action type (order category) is not 'P' for an eMAR r/o PRN task, list the task in the "PRN Tasks" in the task list console. If the task action type (order category) is actionable (ex: lab/diet orders), then those tasks can be selected from PRN Tasks menu and acted upon. If they are not actionable, then they will include the verbiage about navigating to the eMAR to complete.

Add an "Order Type" collapsible section for the "PRN Tasks" section. If the task does not have an "Order Type" property add it to a default "Other" type section. For both PRN menus, if all tasks in that menu have the same "Order Type" do not present a collapsible section.
Note: Avatar CWS 2022 Update 98, Avatar CareFabric 2022 Update 76, Avatar NX Releases 2022.10.00 and 2022.11.00, and a future Avatar eMAR 2022 update are needed in order to utilize full functionality.
Value Added: Sort non-medication EMAR tasks in the "PRN Tasks" menu instead of "PRN Meds" menu.

OE NX - Home Medications - OrderConnect Links
In the Order Entry Console (Home Medications section), the 'External RxHx' and 'Prescriber's Queue' hyperlinks now use the 'Program' that is specified below the Scratchpad when launching to OrderConnect. The below-the-Scratchpad 'Program' is mapped to an OrderConnect 'Agency', which is then used during the authentication process when launching via these hyperlinks. Prior to this change, if a user launched to OrderConnect via either of these two hyperlinks (rather than the 'Order Labs' hyperlink), certain functions that the user might then navigate to within OrderConnect might be attributed to the wrong 'Agency' (location). The effect of this could include the printing of the wrong address on printed prescriptions. KB0071315 v0.01
