An issue is resolved to ensure the 'Dose' and 'Dose Unit' fields are cleared and disabled if a sliding scale insulin template is selected when creating an order.

OE NX - Order Entry Console - Pre-Admit orders
An issue is resolved to ensure that when registry setting 'Avatar Order Entry->Facility Defaults->Client Profile->>>Defer Activation of Orders in a Pre-Admit Episode' is enabled, the Orders this Episode section of the Order Entry Console should not allow orders for an inpatient episode that has pre-admit orders that aren't yet activated.

An issue is resolved to ensure the 'Req. Dx for Controlled Substance Rx in the OE Console (Home Meds/Disch Med Rec)' registry setting determines if the 'Diagnosis' field is required or not on the 'Home Medications' and 'Discharge Med Reconciliation' sections of the Order Entry Console.

OE NX - Discharge Medication Reconciliation - Med Matching
An issue is resolved in the Order Entry Console (Discharge Med Reconciliation section) where order matching between the 'Inpatient Medications' list and the 'Home Medications Scratchpad (Post-Discharge)' may display incorrectly when viewing a previously-saved Medication Reconciliation. Note: This order matching functionality is available only in myAvatar NX.
