Avatar MSO 'Performing Provider Association' form
The 'Performing Provider Association' form is added to Avatar MSO.
The 'Performing Provider Association' form is added, and will allow users to assign Performing Providers to Contracting Provider Registrations without using the 'Contracting Provider Registration' form. In addition, the following fields are added to the 'Contracting Provider Registration' and 'Performing Provider Registration' forms:
- 'Performing Provider's Office Telephone (1)'
- 'Performing Provider's Office Telephone (2)'
- 'Performing Provider's Cellular Telephone'
- 'Performing Provider's Fax'
- 'Secondary Provider Identification Number'

Avatar MSO 'Fast Service Entry Submission' Form
The 'Date Claims Submitted' field in the 'Fast Service Entry Submission' form is updated to default in the current date and remain disabled.

An issue is resolved in the 'Fast Service Entry Submission' form to ensure that the 'Claim Status' field is not enabled for edit when selecting an authorization from the 'Display Valid Authorizations' menu.

Product Update Form Description
The following modifications are made: 1) The 'Performing Provider Association' form is added to Avatar MSO. Avatar MSO - 835 Healthcare Claim Payment/Advice
The '835 Healthcare Claim Payment/Advice' functionality has been updated in the following way: If 'Sort' is selected in 'Options' and the selected file has previously been sorted, a dialog box displays the message: Previously sorted 835 contains the same EOB(s). Continue sort?
The dialog box allows the user to select 'No' to cancel the selection.
The dialog box allows the user to select 'Yes' to continue to sort the file and will produce a file with same information as the previous file, except for the envelope information.

[Avatar MSO] Service Authorization - Member
The '[Avatar MSO] Service Authorization - Member' functionality has been updated to prevent an error for 'Type Of Authorization' field, when editing the file import to include the authorization number and posting it again as an edit.

Product Update Form Description
The following issues are resolved: 1) When the 'Sort File' option in the '835 Healthcare Claim Payment/Advice' form is selected and the 'Process' button clicked once, the system creates multiple identical files that are available to be selected. 2) Service Authorization file import is incorrectly rejecting records with invalid 'Type Of Authorization'.
