Product Update Form Description

The issue is resolved in the 'LA View Client Information' form, where the error "Datatype validation failed for attribute, Program" is produced when viewing the LA Service History, and the error "Datatype validation failed for attribute, DiagnosisStaffNPI" is produced when viewing the LA Client Diagnosis History.

Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:
  • LA View Client Information
Scenario 1: Validate Client search in "LA View Client Information" form.
Specific Setup:
  • Test client (Client A).
Steps
  1. Open Avatar PM > LA Provider Integration > LA View Client Information form.
  2. Enter the "LA Client ID".
  3. Click [Search LA Client].
  4. Click on "Client A" in the 'LA County Search Results' dialog.
  5. Click [OK] to select the client.
  6. Validate the 'Client' search displays the following data for the selected client:
  7. 'LA Client ID'
  8. 'Client Name'
  9. 'Sex'
  10. 'Date of Birth'
  11. Select "LA Service History" from the 'Select Information to Display' drop down list.
  12. Validate the 'LA History' frame displays the client information.
  13. Select "LA Client Diagnosis History" from the 'Select Information to Display' drop down list.
  14. Validate the 'LA History' frame displays the client information.
  15. Click [Close Form].
