Product Update Form Description

The following issues are resolved: 1) Create Diagnosis is not allowing Resolved status. 2) The error "[OBJECT DISPATCH]ParseServiceRequest+312^LAServiceRequestAPI2" produced when an existing service request is selected in the 'LA Service Request Entry' form.

LA Provider Integration - Diagnosis
Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:
  • Admission
  • Diagnosis
  • LA Provider Reports
  • LA Service Request Entry
Scenario 1: Validate filing of 'Diagnosis' and 'LA Service Requests; are communicating with LADMH
Specific Setup:
  • An outpatient Program is setup as a LA County program.
Steps
  1. File a new admission for a client which has LA county ID in LADMH.
  2. Enter Diagnosis for the above admitted client in "Resolved" status.
  3. Open 'LA Provider Reports' and ensure no errors are displayed.
  4. Validate in LADMH that the Diagnosis was saved.
  5. Open 'LA Service Request Entry' form.
  6. Select the above admitted client.
  7. Ensure fields 'LA Client ID', 'Last Name' and 'First Name' are displayed.
  8. Click [Search Service Request].
  9. Validate 'SRL data' is displayed on the form.
