Product Update Form Description

An issue in the 'Incident Data Form' Option where the 'Client Involved' and 'Staff Involved' grids won't show appropriate values in the 'Involvement' fields is resolved.

Incident Data Form - 'Involvement' fields
Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:
  • Incident Data Form
Scenario 1: Incident Data Form - Add/Edit/Void incident
Specific Setup:
  • Dictionary codes are populated for the "Incident Data Form". Print the "Form and Table Documentation" report for a list of dictionaries. Specifically, ensure that dictionary codes/values are defined for the 'Incident Table' - '(212) Involvement' PM dictionary.
  • User must have "Void" permissions granted in the "Incident Tracking Management" form.
Steps
  1. Access the 'Incident Data Form' form.
  2. Select "Add" in the 'Add, Edit, or Void' field.
  3. Take note of the unique ID populated in the 'Unique Incident ID#' field.
  4. Populate all required and desired fields.
  5. Click [New Row] in the 'Client Involved' grid.
  6. Select the desired client in the 'Client Involved' field.
  7. Enter the desired value in the 'Legal Status' field.
  8. Validate the 'Involvement' field contains the defined dictionary values.
  9. Select the desired value in the 'Involvement' field.
  10. Click [New Row] in the 'Staff Involved' grid.
  11. Select the desired staff in the 'Staff' field.
  12. Validate the 'Staff/Visitor Involved' field contains the staff selected in the previous step.
  13. Validate the 'Involvement' field contains the defined dictionary values.
  14. Select the desired value in the 'Involvement' field.
  15. Click [Submit].
  16. Access the 'Incident Data Form' form.
  17. Select "Edit" in the 'Add, Edit, or Void' field.
  18. Enter the unique incident ID# for the previously filed incident in the 'Select Incident' field.
  19. Validate all previously filed data is displayed.
  20. Select any new value in the 'Involvement' field in the 'Client Involved' grid.
  21. Select any new value in the 'Involvement' field in the 'Staff Involved' grid.
  22. Edit any desired fields.
  23. Click [Submit].
  24. Access the 'Incident Data Form' form.
  25. Select "Void" in the 'Add, Edit, or Void' field.
  26. Validate a message is displayed stating: Voiding is final and Incident will no longer be available for edit if submitted.
  27. Click [OK].
  28. Enter the unique incident ID# for the previously filed incident in the 'Select Incident' field.
  29. Validate the 'Involvement' field in the 'Client Involved' grid contains the updated value.
  30. Validate the 'Involvement' field in the 'Staff Involved' grid contains the updated value.
  31. Validate all previously updated data is displayed.
  32. Click [Submit].
  33. Access the 'Incident Data Form' form.
  34. Select "Edit" in the 'Add, Edit, or Void' field.
  35. Enter the unique incident ID# for the previously voided incident in the 'Select Incident' field.
  36. Validate the incident is not displayed.
  37. Select "Void" in the 'Add, Edit, or Void' field.
  38. Enter the unique incident ID# for the previously voided incident in the 'Select Incident' field.
  39. Validate the incident is not displayed.
  40. Close the form.
