  • Admission and Update Client Data forms additional patient information will be included in outbound HL7 messages.
    The Admission form has an option under Client Demographics to enter text for Personal Pronouns. The Update Client Data form also contains the field to update Personal Pronouns as well as dropdown options to select Gender Identity and Sexual Orientation. This data will be added to the outbound message for consumption by receiving systems.
