Guarantors/Payors - Pregnancy Indicator
The 'Pregnancy Indicator' section is added to the 'Guarantors/Payors' form to allow users to specify the postpartum period number of days by guarantor and optionally 'Aid Code' for services delivered to pregnant clients. This information is used in conjunction with the pregnancy start and end dates in the 'Women's Health History' form to populate the 2000B/2000C (Subscriber/Patient) loop in 837 Professional submissions. Additionally, separate 2000B/2000C (Subscriber/Patient) loops are now created for client services that occur within the pregnancy date range (including postpartum period, if any) and services that are outside of the pregnancy date range. Note this functionality is available only when the 'Enable Pregnancy Indicator / Date Of Last Menstrual Period' registry setting is enabled.
Value Added: Increases flexibility when billing services for pregnant/postpartum patients.

CSI Assessment - Closure Reason
Resolves an issue to ensure that all the 'Closure Reason' values within the 'CSI Assessment' and 'CSI Assessment (Call Intake)' form are displaying the entire value when viewing them through a query or crystal report.
Value Added: The MAXLEN for 'closure_reason_value' is increased from 40 to 255 in the 'system.assessment_ca_csi_data' and 'system.assessment_ca_p_csi_data' tables.

The 'Add To Problem List' field can be set to default to 'Yes'.
A Registry Setting 'Default Add To Problem List', when set to "Yes" will default the 'Add to Problem' list field to 'Yes'. In addition, the 'Diagnosis' form is modified to populate the 'System Notes' column in the 'Problem List' form. Please note: Avatar CWS 2022 Update #69 is required to use the new functionality.
Value Added: Added ability to default a value of 'Yes' to the 'Add To Problem List' field on the 'Problem List' form.
The 'Estimated Onset Date' in the 'Diagnosis' form will update in the diagnosis grid.
An issue is resolved to ensure that the 'Estimated Onset Date' in the 'Diagnosis' form will update when changes are filed.
Value Added: Improved filing of date entered in the 'Estimated Onset Date' in the 'Diagnosis' form.

Partnership Assessment - the 'Enable MHSA Assessment Fields' registry setting is set to "Y"
The 'Partnership Assessment Form' (Education section) is updated to allow user to select specific value in the 'Highest Level of Education Completed:' field.
Value Added: The 'Highest Level of Education Completed:' field on the 'Partnership Assessment Form' (Education section) form and the 'Level of education completed' field on the 'Key Event Tracking Form' (Education section) form are updated to allow any selection.
Registry Setting - Exclude Services If No Treatment Plan
System excludes the service from the electronic bill which is rendered on the admission date and there is no treatment plan for the service.
Value Added: The 'Exclude Services If No Treatment Plan' functionality is updated to prevent a service to include on the bill when the service date is same as admission date and there is no finalized treatment plan.
