The error '[UNDEFINED]LoadLinkedDD+59^CWSNOTEPMFL2' that may occur in 'Progress Notes' forms when selecting a draft note attached to a client-only service is resolved.

Progress Notes - Client-Only Services
Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:
  • Client Charge Input
  • Progress Notes (Group and Individual)
  • Registry Settings (CWS)
  • Service Codes
  • Site Specific Section Modeling (CWS)
Scenario 1: Progress Notes (Group and Individual) - Existing Service
Specific Setup:
  • Client is enrolled in an existing episode (Client A).
  • A service code is defined with "Client Only" selected in the 'Service Required By' field in the 'Service Codes' form (Service Code A).
  • The 'Attach Selected Service To Notes On Draft' registry setting must be set to "1" or "2" for the 'Progress Notes (Group and Individual)' form.
Steps
  1. Access the 'Client Charge Input' form.
  2. Enter the desired date in the 'Date Of Service' field.
  3. Select "Client A" in the 'Client ID' field.
  4. Select "Service Code A" in the 'Service Code' field.
  5. Click [Submit] and close the form.
  6. Select "Client A" and access the 'Progress Notes (Group and Individual)' form.
  7. Select "Existing Service" in the 'Progress Note For' field.
  8. Select the created service in the 'Note Addresses Which Existing Service/Appointment' field.
  9. Select the desired value in the 'Note Type' field.
  10. Enter the desired value in the 'Notes Field' field.
  11. Select "Draft" in 'Draft/Final' field.
  12. Click [File Note].
  13. Validate a message is displayed stating: Note Filed.
  14. Click [OK] and remain in the form.
  15. Select the draft note in the 'Select Draft Note To Edit' field.
  16. Validate all previously filed data is displayed.
  17. Select "Final" in the 'Draft/Final' form.
  18. Click [File Note].
  19. Validate a message is displayed stating: Note Filed.
  20. Click [OK] and close the form.
