Assessment Problem Planning - Auto Save
Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:
  • Assessment Problem Planning
  • Crystal Report Viewer
  • Problem List
  • Set System Defaults (CWS)
  • Registry Settings (CWS)
Scenario 1: Assessment Problem Planning - Validate auto save functionality
Specific Setup:
  • Client is enrolled in an existing episode (Client A).
Steps
  1. Access the 'Set System Defaults' CWS form.
  2. Validate the 'Enable Auto Save for CWS Product Forms' field contains "Assessment Problem Planning" and select it.
  3. Click [Submit].
  4. Access the 'Assessment Problem Planning' form for "Client A".
  5. Validate the 'Backup' option is displayed.
  6. Enter the current date in the 'Date' field.
  7. Click [New Row].
  8. Select the desired value in the 'Add New Problem' field.
  9. Select the desired value in the 'Status' field.
  10. Enter the desired value in the 'Plan' field.
  11. Click [Backup].
  12. Validate text is displayed stating: Saved at [Current Time].
  13. Close the form.
  14. Select "Client A" and access the 'Assessment Problem Planning' form.
  15. Validate a 'Restore Backup Data' dialog is displayed stating: You have an unsubmitted backup of this data record from [Date][Time]. Do you wish to restore from the backup? Please note: selecting 'No' will direct you to the pre-display or form to edit existing rows or create new rows of data. The unsubmitted backup will be purged from the database.
  16. Click [No].
  17. Validate the form opens to enter a new record and the backed up data is not displayed.
  18. Enter the current date in the 'Date' field.
  19. Click [New Row].
  20. Select the desired value in the 'Add New Problem' field.
  21. Select the desired value in the 'Status' field.
  22. Enter the desired value in the 'Plan' field.
  23. Click [Backup].
  24. Validate text is displayed stating: Saved at [Current Time].
  25. Close the form.
  26. Select "Client A" and access the 'Assessment Problem Planning' form.
  27. Validate a 'Restore Backup Data' dialog is displayed stating: You have an unsubmitted backup of this data record from [Date][Time]. Do you wish to restore from the backup? Please note: selecting 'No' will direct you to the pre-display or form to edit existing rows or create new rows of data. The unsubmitted backup will be purged from the database.
  28. Click [Yes].
  29. Validate the form is displayed and the backed up data is displayed properly.
  30. Click [New Row].
  31. Select the desired value in the 'Add New Problem' field.
  32. Select the desired value in the 'Status' field.
  33. Enter the desired value in the 'Plan' field.
  34. Click [Submit].
  35. Select "Client A" and access the 'Problem List' form.
  36. Click [View/Enter Problems].
  37. Validate the problems added via the 'Assessment Problem Planning' form are displayed.
  38. Close the form.
Scenario 2: Assessment Problem Planning - Validate auto save functionality with multiple users
Specific Setup:
  • Client is enrolled in an existing episode (Client A).
  • Two users must be defined (User A & User B).
  • Must be logged in as "User A".
  • The 'Autosave Interval in Seconds' registry setting must be set to "60" seconds.
Steps
  1. Access the 'Set System Defaults' CWS form.
  2. Validate the 'Enable Auto Save for CWS Product Forms' field contains "Assessment Problem Planning" and select it.
  3. Click [Submit].
  4. Access the 'Assessment Problem Planning' form for "Client A".
  5. Validate the 'Backup' option is displayed.
  6. Enter the current date in the 'Date' field.
  7. Click [New Row].
  8. Select the desired value in the 'Add New Problem' field.
  9. Select the desired value in the 'Status' field.
  10. Enter the desired value in the 'Plan' field.
  11. Click [Backup].
  12. Validate text is displayed stating: Saved at [Current Time].
  13. Close the form.
  14. Logout.
  15. Login as "User B".
  16. Select "Client A" and access the 'Assessment Problem Planning' form.
  17. Validate the 'Restore Backup Data' dialog is not displayed.
  18. Validate the form opens to enter a new record and the backed up data is not displayed.
  19. Close the form.
  20. Logout.
  21. Login as "User A".
  22. Select "Client A" and access the 'Assessment Problem Planning' form.
  23. Validate a 'Restore Backup Data' dialog is displayed stating: You have an unsubmitted backup of this data record from [Date][Time]. Do you wish to restore from the backup? Please note: selecting 'No' will direct you to the pre-display or form to edit existing rows or create new rows of data. The unsubmitted backup will be purged from the database.
  24. Click [Yes].
  25. Validate the form is displayed and the backed up data is displayed properly.
  26. Close the form.

Specific Setup:
  • Client is enrolled in an existing episode (Client A).
Steps

  2. Validate the 'Enable Auto Save for CWS Product Forms' field contains "Assessment Problem Planning" and select it.
  3. Click [Submit].
  4. Access the 'Registry Setting' form.
  5. Enter "Autosave Interval in Seconds" in the 'Limit Registry Settings to the Following Search Criteria' field.
  6. Click [View Registry Settings].
  7. Enter "60" in the 'Registry Setting Value' field.
  8. Click [Submit] and close the form.
  9. Access the 'Assessment Problem Planning' form for "Client A".
  10. Validate the 'Backup' option is displayed.
  11. Enter the current date in the 'Date' field.
  12. Click [New Row].
  13. Select the desired value in the 'Add New Problem' field.
  14. Select the desired value in the 'Status' field.
  15. Enter the desired value in the 'Plan' field.
  16. Wait for "60" seconds.
  17. Validate text is displayed stating: Saved at [Current Time].
  18. Close the form.
  19. Select "Client A" and access the 'Assessment Problem Planning' form.

  33. Select the desired value in the 'Add New Problem' field.
  34. Select the desired value in the 'Status' field.
