Zynx Library Import and Ordering of Results in the 'Treatment Plan' form.
The 'Treatment Plan Definition' form is enhanced to support importing 'Care Plan' libraries as XML files following the standard FHIR format. Additionally, the problem search fields in the 'Problem List' and 'Treatment Plan' forms are enhanced to show more relevant search results to the top of the list.
Value Added: Libraries can be imported as XML files and Problem Search fields are ordered by relevancy.

A change is made in the 'Treatment Plan' and 'Problem List' forms to reorder search results based on relevancy.
Value Added: Search results in the 'Treatment Plan' form will now be ordered alphanumerically, based on the search term.

The following fields are added to the 'Allowable Services' grid:
* Service Mode (Single-select dictionary, user defined)
