Zynx Library Import and Ordering of Results in the 'Treatment Plan' form.
The 'Treatment Plan Definition' form is enhanced to support importing 'Care Plan' libraries as XML files following the standard FHIR format. Additionally, the problem search fields in the 'Problem List' and 'Treatment Plan' forms are enhanced to show more relevant search results to the top of the list.

Allergies and Hypersensitivities - No Known Food/Medications Allergies
An issue is resolved to have the client header only display "No known allergies" for medication and/or food allergies if both the allergies filed and the "known allergies" yes/no question agree that no such allergies exist.

An issue is resolved where the Client Header displays messages such as "No Known Food Allergies" or "No Known Drug Allergies" if no active allergies known to be of the indicated type are on file, even if the 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' form indicates that that there are such allergies. This is possible if the allergy type of a medication changes or is unknown to Avatar. After this update is installed the Client Header will only display such messages as "No Known Drug Allergies" if the 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' form so indicates, AND there is no active allergy on file of the indicated type.

'Treatment Plan' field 'Status (Problem List)' is updated to default a specific value.
The Registry Setting 'Default value for 'Status (Problem List)' has been added to allow the selection of a specific value to be defaulted into the 'Treatment Plan' field 'Status (Problem List)' on the 'Problem' level.
When the registry setting is set to 'Yes', the Status value chosen will be defaulted into the 'Status (Problem List)' field of the 'Treatment Plan' form whenever a new Problem is created within a treatment plan or pulled into a treatment plan from a library. Only values from the dictionary "Status" for data element 16214 from the "CWS" file are valid values for the new registry setting.

Registry Setting 'Default value for 'Status (Problem List)' is set to a value as defined in Dictionary Update CWS file, Data Element ‘Status (16214)'.
Product Update Form Description
The registry setting "Default value for 'Status (Problem List)'" is added. If this new registry setting is set, the value chosen will be defaulted into the 'Status (Problem List)' field of the 'Treatment Plan' form whenever a new Problem is created within a treatment plan or pulled into a treatment plan from a library. Only values from the dictionary "Status" for data element 16214 from the "CWS" file are valid values for the new registry setting.

Additional fields are added to the 'Allowable Services' grid in the "Treatment Plan" Intervention tab.
The following fields are added to the 'Allowable Services' grid:
* Service Mode (Single-select dictionary, user defined)
* Place of Service (Single-select dictionary, user defined)
* Amount (Free text field, 20 characters should be sufficient, no formatting restrictions)
* Agency and Staff Responsible (Free text field, 120 characters should be sufficient, no formatting restrictions)
These fields will be made visible only when a required middleware update is installed. Contact your NTST representative for middleware installation.

The 'Problem List', 'Treatment Plans', 'Assessment Mapping' and 'Clinical Reconciliation' forms are updated to include 'DSM/ICD'. This is a 'Read only' field which will be populated from the data entered in the 'Diagnosis' form.

The 'Problem List', 'Treatment Plans', 'Assessment Mapping' and 'Clinical Reconciliation' forms are updated to display the problem history in the 'System Notes' column.
The 'System Notes' column will display the type of action such as add, update, inactivate, or void, the date the action was taken, status submitted on that action, the user who filed the action, and the 'OptionID' from which the action was initiated.

'Problem List' grid will not refile data unless changes are input.
An issue is resolved to ensure that, when no changes are entered in the 'Problem List' form, the data will not be refiled.

The following changes are made: 1) The new column 'DSM/ICD Code' is added to the 'Problem List' form. 2) The 'System Notes' column in the 'Problem List' form is modified to show action, date, status, user, and problem data entry source. The new SQL table 'SYSTEM.cw_problem_list_history' is added to keep track of the history of the records. 3) The 'Table Alias' functionality in the 'Table Definition' form is modified to support the registry setting 'Default 'Add To Problem List' to "Yes" on New Diagnosis' for 'Diagnosis' table aliasing. Please note: Avatar Cal-PM 2022 Update #39 (or equivalent) is required to use the new functionality. 4) The issue is resolved where the 'Problem List' and 'Treatment Plan' forms were refiling the problem rows that were not updated.
