    Ensure the 'Source of Immunization' field from the 'Client Health Maintenance' form displays as expected in the 'Chart View'.

  • Allergies and Hypersensitivities form - Allergies/Hypersensitivities Reviewed
    The 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' form is enhanced to support the ability to automatically set the 'Allergies/Hypersensitivities Reviewed' field to "Yes" when a user makes any updates within the form. This functionality is enabled via the registry setting 'Set 'Allergies/Hypersensitivities Reviewed' If Allergies Are Updated'.

    An issue is resolved where if the "Select Note To Edit" field is not present on the Individual tab of a Progress Note form with the Group Tab enabled will not clear off the scratch To Do from the "To Do List" upon filing.
  • Vitals Entry - Blood pressure required
    On the "Vitals Entry" form, the 'Systolic' and 'Diastolic' fields do not have consistent behavior when required and not required on the form. Initially both fields shouldn't be required. If you enter numbers in either field, the other field becomes required. If both fields are filled out, both headings are red and required.

The following issues are resolved: 1) The issue in the 'Vitals Entry' form that may prevent the 'Blood Pressure' fields from being required. 2) The issue that may occur when resolving a 'Progress Notes (Group and Individual)' to-do for a default note where the to-do is not cleared when the 'Select Group Note To Edit' is excluded from data collection.
