Allergies and Hypersensitivities form - Allergies/Hypersensitivities Reviewed
The 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' form is enhanced to support the ability to automatically set the 'Allergies/Hypersensitivities Reviewed' field to "Yes" when a user makes any updates within the form. This functionality is enabled via the registry setting 'Set 'Allergies/Hypersensitivities Reviewed' If Allergies Are Updated'.
Value Added: The 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' form is enhanced to support the ability to automatically set the 'Allergies/Hypersensitivities Reviewed' field to "Yes" when updates are made within the form.
'AUDIT.results_header' table
The 'AUDIT.results_header' table is updated to add the 'voided_time' field.

Vitals Entry - Blood pressure required
On the "Vitals Entry" form, the 'Systolic' and 'Diastolic' fields do not have consistent behavior when required and not required on the form. Initially both fields shouldn't be required. If you enter numbers in either field, the other field becomes required. If both fields are filled out, both headings are red and required.
