Value Added: Directs NTST POV widgets to use discovery service endpoints to determine URL, so long as they have not already been configured to a specific URL in an implementation.

POV Widget Enhancement
Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:
  • Flowsheet
  • Flowsheet Admin
Scenario 1: Flowsheet Admin - Move sections around within an assessment in Assessment Design and Warning message while editing Collections in Collection Setting
Specific Setup:
  • A client must have an active episode. (Client A)
  • The 'Assessment Admin (NTST_pov_assessment_admin)' widget must be associated to the currently logged in user's Homeview.
  • Two Shared Options must exist in the Flowsheet Admin Tool. (Shared Options A)(Shared Options B)
  • "Shared Options A" must be configured as a 'Single Select' Select Type.
  • "Shared Options B" must be configured as a 'Multiple Select' Select Type and have the 'Include "Other" option (allows user to free type answer)' checkbox checked.
  • A collection must exist in the Flowsheet Admin Tool. (Collection A)
Steps
  1. Select the 'Flowsheet Admin Tool' widget.
  2. Click the "Assessment Design" tab.
  3. Click [Create New] and validate the 'New Assessment' popup displays.
  4. Provide the title of the new assessment in the input field.
  5. Click [Save] and [Refresh].
  6. Navigate to the newly created assessment and click [Add Questions].
  7. In the 'Enter single/multiple question(s)' popup enter the following question labels on separate lines:

  9. Question 2
  10. Question 3
  11. Question 4
  12. Click [Save] and set the 'Question Type' as "Section" for Question 1, "Single select" for Question 2, "Multiple select" for Question 3, and "Date" for Question 4.
  13. Click the 'Settings' button for Question 2, select the 'Options' tab and check the 'Use Shared Options' checkbox.
  14. Select "Shared Options A" from the 'Select Options to Use' field and click [Save].
  15. Click the 'Settings' button for Question 3, select the 'Options' tab and check the 'Use Shared Options' checkbox.
  16. Select "Shared Options B" from the 'Select Options to Use' field and click [Save].
  17. Set the 'Group/Section' field for Question 2 and Question 3 to "Question 1".
  18. Validate that Questions 1,2 and 3 form a single section.
  19. Click and drag the section below Question 4 and validate that the order of the questions in the section remains unchanged with Question 4 now at the top of the assessment.
  20. Click [Preview] and [Publish].
  21. Check preview popup and click [Continue] and [Okay].
  22. Click [Collection Setting]
  23. Click the 'Edit' button for "Collection A" and validate the 'Edit Collection' popup displays.
  24. Click [Save] and validate a warning message stating "No changes in assessment title" displays.
  25. Click [Cancel].
  26. Select the newly created assessment in the 'Select assessment to add' field
  27. Click [Save] and [Refresh].
  28. Please log out of the application and log back in after completing the above configuration.
  29. Select "Client A" and access the 'Flowsheet' tab.
  30. Validate that the questions in the assessment are displayed in the correct order.
