Product Update Form Description

The following changes are made: 1) An issue in Flowsheet that may occur where 'One Time Only' orders that have a start time after the daily collection time will still show for the present day is resolved. 2) Flowsheet is enhanced to further support 'One Time Only' orders with a 'STAT' frequency. 3) An issue in Flowsheet where any recurring order that goes past a tenth occurrence will show invalid order numbers and dates for an order is resolved. 4) An issue that may occur in Flowsheet where an order may show the wrong 'Received Date' is resolved. 5) Avatar CareFabric is enhanced to support 'Voided By' and 'Resulted By' items for both Laboratory and Microbiology results. 6) Avatar CareFabric is enhanced to further support time zones in the Laboratory and Microbiology result processors. 7) An issue when a recurring laboratory order is discontinued but occurrences with scheduled collection date/times occurring before the discontinue date/time are still marked as cancelled is resolved.

Scenario 1: Flowsheet - 'Laboratory' and 'Microbiology' results - Validate the 'Time Zone Offset' registry setting when set to "-1"
Specific Setup:
  • Must have access to the Flowsheet application and have 'Labs & Microbiology' assessments published.
  • Have a client with lab results configured with the following statuses: "Ordered", "Collected", "Received", "Cancelled", "Resulted", "Correction", "Voided".
  • Have a client with microbiology results configured with the following statuses: "Ordered", "Collected", "Received", "Cancelled", "Preliminary", "Final", "Supplemental", "Correction" and "Voided".
Steps
  1. Access the 'Registry Settings' form.
  2. Enter "Time Zone Offset" in the 'Select Registry Setting' field.
  3. Click [View Registry Settings].
  4. Select "Time Zone Offset" and click [OK].
  5. Validate the 'Registry Setting Details' field contains: "Define the time zone offset for a facility in hours as a positive or negative integer."
  6. Enter time zone offset value "-1" in the 'Registry Setting Value' field.
  7. Click [Submit] and close the form.
  8. In Avatar, navigate to the "Flowsheet" widget.
  9. Search and select the desired client.

Scenario 1: Flowsheet - Validate "Cancelled" and "Voided" lab results
Specific Setup:
  • Have access to the 'Order Entry Console'.
  • Have a client with "Ordered" and "Voided" lab orders.
Steps
  1. In Avatar, navigate to the "Flowsheet" widget
  2. Select the client with a lab order
  3. Click the "Labs" tab
  4. Verify the desired lab order is displayed as expected
  5. Verify the corresponding "Status" field is populated as "Ordered"
  6. Click [ORDERED]
  7. Verify the "Order Details" dialog window is displayed
  8. Verify the "Order Number" field is populated with the expected order ID
  9. Verify the "Order Date/Time" field is populated with the expected order start date and time
  10. Verify the "Ordered By" field is populated with the expected practitioner
  11. Verify the "Status" field is populated as "Ordered"
  12. Verify the "Special Instructions" field is populated with the expected special instructions
  13. Click [X]
  14. Navigate to the "Orders Entry Console"
  15. Select the desired lab order from the "Orders" table
  16. Verify the 'Specimen Collection' popup is opened
