Scheduling Calendar - Disposition Icons
Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:
  • Client Ledger
  • Scheduling Calendar
Scenario 1: Post Appointment through Service Documentation
Specific Setup:
  • A client must have an existing appointment scheduled (Client A).
  • The 'Post Appointment When Service Documentation is Finalized' registry setting must be set to "Y".
  • A user modeled form (Form A) configured for Service Documentation must be available.
  • Document Routing must be enabled for "Form A".
Steps
  1. Select "Client A" and access "Form A".
  2. Enter the desired date in the 'Assessment Date' field.
  3. Select "Existing Appointment" in the 'Progress Note For' field.
  4. Select the appointment for "Client A" in the 'Note Addresses Which Existing Service/Appointment' field.
  5. Select "Final" in the 'Status' field.
  6. Click [Submit].
  7. Verify the "Confirm" message is displayed stating: "Selecting "Final" prevents future edits".
  8. Click [OK] and [Submit].
  9. Validate a "Confirm Document" document routing dialog is displayed.
  10. Click [Accept].
  11. Enter the password for the logged in user in the 'Password' field and click [OK].
  12. Access the 'Scheduling Calendar' form.
  13. Validate that "Client A's" appointment displays the appropriate disposition icons: green arrow indicating the appointment has been posted and a blue "F" for the finalized service documentation.
  14. Click [Dismiss].
  15. Open the 'Client Ledger' form.
  16. Select "Client A" in 'Client ID' field.
  17. Select "Episode" from the 'Claim/Episode/All Episodes' field.
  18. Select the episode the appointment was created for in the 'Episode Number' field.
  19. Select "Simple" in the 'Ledger Type' field.
  20. Click [Process].
  21. Verify that the ledger displays the service code from the posted appointment.
  22. Click [Dismiss].
  23. Validate that a 'Form Return' message is displayed stating: Processing report has completed. Do you wish to return to form?
  24. Click [No].
