AV-80384 Summary | Details
Validate time field on "Dispensing Activity By Client" report.
Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:
  • Dispensing Activity By Client
  • Dispensing Activity By Client - Report
  • Fast Dose Dispensing
  • Fast Dose Dispensing - Dispensing Screen
Scenario 1: 'Dispensing Activity By Client' report - validate 'Time Zone Offset' registry settings
Specific Setup:
  • Registry Setting 'Time Zone Offset' is set to -3
  • Registry Setting 'Time Zone Offset in Data Entry Fields' is set to '1'. Setting this to '1' will allow the time zone offset to be used in filing of date and time fields. When this setting is set to '0', data for the date and time fields will not reflect the Time Zone Offset.
  • Client A has a current medication order on file for the Avatar AM 'Fast Dose Dispensing' form.
Steps
  1. Open 'Fast Dose Dispensing' form for Client A.
  2. Click [Dispense].
  3. On the 'Dispense' window, verify the data is correct and click [Dispense].
  4. Click [Return].
  5. Click [Close Form]
  6. Open 'Dispensing Activity by Client' report for Client A.
  7. Verify the time stamp displayed is correct based on the Registry Settings for the time zone offset.
  8. Close the report.
