Add Widgets to Forms

You can attach a widget to a form in myAvatar.

Prerequisites:

  • Choose a form that you would like to add a widget to.
  • Create a widget to add to the form.
  1. Open the Form Designer form.
  2. Select the form you would like to add the widget to using the Forms field. 
    Note: The widget will apply to all sections on the form. You do not need to select a section unless you wish it to only be available in a specific section or you are making other changes to the form.
  3. Skip down to the bottom of the form to the Widgets to Display On Form field.
  4. Select all of the widgets that you would like to appear on the form.
  5. Click Submit to save your changes.

In order to see your changes you will need to go back to the Home screen and refresh the menu. (Click on the Refresh button on the right that shows arrows pointing in a circle, near Search Forms). Then you can search for the form and open to test.
