Members By Authorized Provider

Generate an itemized report that lists providers with service authorizations for members.

  1. Go to: Avatar MSO > Membership Management Reports > Members By Authorized Provider
  2. In the Individual Or All Providers field:
    • Select the provider.
    • Select All to generate a report for all providers.
  3. In the Select a Date To Use For Activity Validation field, enter the report date.
  4. Procedure codes with effective dates on or before this date are included in the report.
  5. Select OK.
