MSO To CareLink Errors (All)

Generate a report that details transactions that did not upload from myAvatar MSO to CareLink.

1. ---

   Go to: Avatar MSO > MSO Reporting > MSO To CareLink Errors (All).
2. In the Start Date field, enter the report start date.
3. In the End Date field, enter the report end date.
4. Select Process.
   Result: This report displays the following sub-reports:
   • MSO To CareLink Errors (Authorizations)
   • MSO To CareLink Errors (EOB HCFA)
   • MSO To CareLink Errors (EOB UB92)
   • MSO To CareLink Errors (Enr Attachment)
   • MSO To CareLink Errors (Auth Attachment)
