About EHI Export
EHI Export is an ONC requirement that enables export of patient-based electronic health information, such as assessments and diagnoses. With the purpose being to support portability and interoperability of patient data, EHI Export produces a series of delimited, machine-readable files that includes headers to indicate column names and data records. The EHI Export allows for export of data for a single patient or the entire population.
