Client Accounts Inquiry

Generate a report of the client account balances as of the selected effective date.

  • The report can be restricted to open or closed accounts, specified account types, and specific minimum balances. Any combination of these sort criteria can be used.
  1. In the Effective Date field, enter the date for the desired account balance information.
  2. In the Individual or All Clients field:
  • Select All to generate the account inquiry for all client accounts that fit the remaining search criteria in this form.
  • Select Individual to generate the account inquiry for the client selected in the Client ID field.
  1. In the Client ID field, enter the client name or ID number. Select a client from the list.
  2. In the Open, Closed Accounts or Both field:
  • Select Both Open And Closed Accounts to include all accounts that fit the remaining search criteria in the report.
  • Select Open to include only open accounts.
  • Select Closed to include only closed accounts.
  1. In the All Accounts or Individual Type(s) field:
  • Select All Account Types to include all account types that fit the remaining search criteria in the report.
  • Select Individual Account Types to select the specific single account type(s) to associate with the remaining search criteria in the report.
  1. In the Type Of Account field, select the account type(s) to include in the report. The account type is assigned in the Account Registration form.
  2. In the All Accounts or By a Certain Balance field:
  • Select All Accounts to include all accounts with any remaining balance, that fit the remaining search criteria, in the report.
  • Select Certain Balance to set a minimum balance to include in the report.
  1. In the Accounts With A Balance Greater Than field, enter the minimum balance to include in the report.
  2. Click Process.
    This report header displays the selected sort criteria and effective date. It also includes the following information:
  • Client Name
  • Account Number
  • Type of Account - As defined in Account Registration
  • Account Balance - Account total balance
  • Description of Account - As entered in Account Registration
  • Total - Total of all of the accounts registered to the client
  • Total balance for all of the clients
