Account Summary - CFMS
Generate a report that summarizes client account credit and debit activity for each of the accounting periods. This report provides a complete summary of each account from opening to current status or closure. Both open and closed accounts are included.

- In the Individual or All Clients field:
- Select All to generate the account summary for all client accounts.
- Select Individual to generate the account summary for a specific client.
- In the Client ID field, enter the client name or ID number. Select a client from the list.
- In the Individual or All Account Numbers field:
- Select All Accounts to generate a summary on all of the client's accounts.
- Select Individual Account to generate a summary on a single account.
- In the Account Number field, select the account number. This list consists of all of the account numbers assigned to the selected client.
- Click Process.
The report header contains all of the information entered in the Account Registration form. It displays the open or closed status of the account. The report starts with a current balance and amount on hold (hard and soft). The summary report starts with the open accounting period information. It then lists each of the account period closings from the oldest to the most recent. The report contains the following summary data:
- Date of Closing - Accounting period closing date or the word Open if the account is still active
- Balance - Total balance at closure
- Credits For That Period
- Debit For That Period
