Weekly Dosing Schedule Report
About the Weekly Dosing Schedule Report
This report displays all clients with active medication orders. The report is displayed in a weekly grid with each block displaying a day of the week. It includes the effective / expiration date of the order, order type, medication type, dosage, and if it is a clinic or takeout order.
Prerequisites
Clients must have current medication orders to appear on the report.
To Generate the Weekly Dosing Schedule Report
- Open the Weekly Dosing Schedule form.
- Select the System Code that you would like use to generate the report. (Programs will appear in the Program field based off the System Code selected.)
- Select the programs that you would like to include in the report. (All clients with dosing schedules who are active in the selected programs will display on the report. The Report Start Date and Report End Date will populate with the following week. However, the dates can be changed to filter the report data.)
NOTE: The Report Start Date must be a Monday and the Report End Date must be a Sunday. If you attempt to run the report with dates that are not Monday-Sunday, you will receive an error.
