Daily Pouring Schedule

This form is used to generate a report for the pouring schedule for a selected day. The report will detail the Medication Type, Dosage, Number of Doses and Amount for each client receiving medication for that day.  

1. Select a system code from the System Code field drop down menu.
   Result: The Programs field populates with all the programs available within the selected system code.  
2. A report date is required to run the report.
   Note: The report cannot be backdated and cannot be set for more than a week in the future.  
3. Click Display Report to run the report.
