Caller Purge - Cal-PM

Delete clients that were processed in the Call Intake form.

  • Only clients who have not been assigned a permanent MR number may be deleted. If the client does not have a temporary MR number (P number), the client cannot be purged.

  1. Go to: Avatar PM > System Maintenance > Client Maintenance
  2. In the Individual Client Or Batch field:
    • Select Individual to purge one client. In the Client ID field, enter the client name, click the Search button, and select the corresponding entry.
    • Select Batch to process a batch of Call Intake clients to be at the same time.
  3. In the Create, View, Or Delete Batch field:
    • Select Create Batch to create a batch file.
    • Select View Batch to generate the Caller Batch Purge report, which displays client and call intake information for the most recently created batch.
    • Select Delete Batch to delete the last batch created.
  4. In the Thru Date field, enter the last date to include in the batch to be created. This will put all records before that date into a batch. Records posted after the specified date will not be purged.
  5. Click the Process Report icon to Submit the request.
