Sign a form

Learn how to sign a form using the Signature Pad in myAvatar.

  1. Click Get Signature within the data element to enable the Signature Pad and display the Signature Screen.
  2. Sign the signature pad in the appropriate area and tap OK. 
    Result: The signature displays within the Signature field.
    Note: Tapping Cancel on the signature pad, or clicking Cancel in the signature screen, disables the pad and closes the screen.
  3. Click File Data to save the data with the signature in the associated tables for the user-defined form.
