SDIR - STD module
In the STD module, document when patient vaccination information was submitted to the SDIR.
On the main menu, navigate to Post-Discharge > SDIR.
- The San Diego Regional Immunization Registry (SDIR) provides an electronic record of a patient's immunizations to inform providers about the vaccinations given to a patient and those that may be needed.
- The Vaccine Entry Into SDIR grid shows the type of vaccine, when it was submitted to the SDIR, and who submitted the information.
Note: Vaccinations must be entered on the Treatment > Vaccines form prior to new SDIR submissions.
- Below the Vaccine Entry Into SDIR grid, click Add Entry.
- In the Vaccine field, select the vaccine from the drop-down list.
- For the Entered By item, click the arrow and select the staff member.
- For the Submitted Date, enter the date. Optionally click the arrows or the calendar
to select a date.
- For the Submitted Time, click the arrows to select the hour, minute, and AM/PM, or click the clock
to select a time.
Note: To clear the entry and start over, click Reset. To discard an entry, click Cancel. - On the toolbar above the menu, click the Save icon
