SDIR - STD module

In the STD module, document when patient vaccination information was submitted to the SDIR.

On the main menu, navigate to Post-Discharge > SDIR

  • The San Diego Regional Immunization Registry (SDIR) provides an electronic record of a patient's immunizations to inform providers about the vaccinations given to a patient and those that may be needed.
  • The Vaccine Entry Into SDIR grid shows the type of vaccine, when it was submitted to the SDIR, and who submitted the information.

Note: Vaccinations must be entered on the Treatment > Vaccines form prior to new SDIR submissions.
