Treatment History Screen
View the client's treatment history, add Professional and Institutional claims, and view claim details.
Treatment History section
The Treatment History section displays the client's previous treatments.

In the Claim column, click the link (for example, 771 - Professional) to display the Claim Details screen.

In the Billing section:

Status displays claim status entered in a claims processing form (Avatar MSO).

Expected disbursement is the claim adjudication amount that results when claims are processed, vouchers and EOB are created in Avatar MSO.

The Units column displays the number of units in the treatment.
If a difference exists between the number of units approved in Avatar MSO, and the number of units billed in ProviderConnect, that number displays.
- To view treatments for a fiscal year, in the field above the treatment history, select the fiscal year and click View.
Unit History section
The Unit History section displays CPT or revenue codes that have been authorized for service, and the units remaining for the service authorization.
- The Units Left amount updates when treatments are submitted, either through ProviderConnect or Avatar MSO.
Treatment Billing Summary section
The Treatment Billing Summary section displays billing activity for the client.
- The Expected disbursement does not display until the service has been adjudicated in Avatar MSO.
- The Services Denied in MSO section displays services denied in Avatar MSO.
