View claim details, including the client's diagnosis and COB information.

On the Treatment History screen, in the Claim column click the link.
This opens the Claim Details screen.
Use the buttons on this screen to access the following functions.
- Add Professional Service - Click to open the Service Entry form for entering treatment criteria.
- Add COB - Click to open the Add Claim COB screen.
- Edit Claim - Click to edit an unbilled claim.
- Delete Claim - Click to delete an unbilled claim under which no services have been entered.
