Master Client Inquiry - PM

Generate a comprehensive client demographic and treatment history report.

  1. Go to: Avatar PM > Client Management > Census Management Reports > Master Client Inquiry
  2. In the Select Client screen, enter the client name or ID and select.
  3. In the Select Patient field, enter the client name or ID and select.
  4. If the client has multiple episodes, in the Select Episode Number field, select the client episode.
  5. Click Process. The Master Client Inquiry report contains a main report and several sub-reports.
