Orders Requiring Validation Report
Generate a report that displays information for all clients with orders requiring validation.

- Orders are validated in the Client Profile / Physicians Orders form (Renew/DC/Val section).
- The Orders Requiring Validation report groups orders according to the responsible practitioner. The responsible practitioner is the practitioner who performed the action that caused the order to require validation. For the create order action, the responsible practitioner is the ordering practitioner; for other order actions (renew, hold, resume, discontinue, change) the responsible practitioner is the reviewing practitioner.
- Select the menu item and the Orders Requiring Validation report displays in a separate window.
- Click a practitioner's name to expand the clients and the client orders under that practitioner.
- Click a client's name to display the client's orders.
- Click an order number to view order information.
- Click Print.
