Orders Due for Renew Report

Generate a report of orders that are due to be renewed.

  • Orders are renewed in the Client Profile / Physicians Orders form (Renew/DC/Val section).
  • The Orders Due for Renew report Orders lists orders according to the ordering practitioner and the client. Order information includes the order type, order number, ordering practitioner, episode, start and stop date, and order description.
  1. Select the menu item and the Orders Due for Renew report displays in a separate window. The report includes orders with stop dates between five days before and five days after the report run date. For example, if the report is run on 5/15, the report displays orders with stop dates from 5/10 to 5/20.
  2. Print the report.
