Client Medical Conditions

Define a client's medical conditions.

  • When clinical screening is enabled, the client's medical conditions can be used to check for client contraindications. A contraindication is a situation where a drug should not be used because it may be harmful to the client.
  1. In the Select Client screen, enter the client name or ID and select. Click Select.
  2. In the Client Medical Conditions section, click 'List Client Medical Conditions' to generate a report that details all client medical conditions entered in this form.
  3. In the Medical Conditions Data section, click Add New Item in the Client Medical Conditions table, or select a client medical condition and click Edit Selected Item.
  4. For the Medical Condition field, enter the medical condition and select.
  5. In the Date Recognized field, enter the date the condition was noted.
  6. In the Status field, select the condition status.
  7. If appropriate, in the Resolved Date field enter the date the condition was resolved.
  8. If appropriate, in the Resolved Reason field enter the reason the medical condition was resolved.
  9. Click Submit.
