Waiting Room widget - Front Desk View
The Front Desk View for the Waiting Room widget lists clients that have arrived and been checked in for a scheduled appointment and shows how long they have been waiting.
In this view, Front Desk staff members can:
- check in clients for scheduled appointments
- add appointments for walk-in clients
- prioritize clients who appear to be in crisis
- click on the client's name to put the client in context
- hover over the client's name to view appointment details, including:
- name
- DOB
- age
- guarantor
- reason for return
- practitioner
- service
- start/end appointment time
- appointment status
- rearrange the order of appointments based on priority
- indicate the action of the appointment; available actions are based on the appointment type
- indicate which stage of the appointment the user is at; available stages are user defined in a dictionary
- see which appointments are telehealth visits
Select the Waiting Room/Site to view the waitlist that shows clients and details about their appointments that include:
- appointment type
- client name
- arrival time
- time waiting
- reason for visit
- requested practitioner
- requested practitioner language
Icons in the Type column identify the type of appointment:
