Access Medical Note
The Medical Note widget is included in a view typically linked to your role in myAvatar. Frequently, you find the Medical Note view positioned at the top of your myAvatar home page.
If you select the Medical Note view without selecting a patient, you see a list of your scheduled E&M appointments for today. If you select a patient before selecting the Medical Note view, you are taken to the patient's facesheet.
