About the Procedures component

The Procedures component in Medical Note is where you document various in-office medical procedures, from minor surgical interventions like laceration repair to women's health procedures such as IUD insertion/removals to orthopedic interventions like plantar fasciitis injections. You also can document common diagnostic procedures like EKGs, spirometry, pulmonary function tests, and tympanometry. 

In the Procedures component you can:

• Use procedure templates that promote standardized and detailed documentation. 
• Save incomplete procedures, enabling you to resume and complete them at a later time. 
• Select appropriate billing codes for the services rendered.
