Provider Specific Section

Enter provider information.

Avatar MSO > Care Management > Inactive Authorization Configuration

  1. In the Contracting Provider field, enter or search for the contracting provider.

  2. In the Performing Provider field, select the performing provider.

  3. In the Contracting Provider Program field, select the program for the contracting provider.

  4. In the Number Days Inactive field, enter the number of days of inactivity.

  5. In the Authorization Status field, select the status the inactive authorization will be set to.

  6. In the Authorization Status Reason field, choose a reason for the selected Authorization Status.

  7. Click File to store the configuration.

  8. To delete the current configuration, click Delete.
