Diagnosis Section

Enter diagnosis information.

Avatar MSO > Care Management > Funding Source Service Authorization

1. In the Primary Diagnosis Authorized field, enter the diagnosis, click Process Search to select. Click Ok.
   If the diagnosis associated with the service is different then the diagnosis on the authorization, that service is denied.

2. In the Secondary Diagnosis Authorized field, enter the diagnosis description, click Process Search to select. Click Ok.
