Diagnosis Codes Section

Enter diagnosis code information.

1. In the Associated Diagnosis Code table, click Add.

2. In the Description of This Associated Diagnosis Code Entry field, enter the name for the diagnosis code group.

3. In the Add/Delete Diagnosis Code field:

• Select Add to add diagnosis codes to the diagnosis code group.
  In the Select Diagnosis Code to Add field, enter the diagnosis code.
• Select Delete to remove a diagnosis code from the group.
  In the Select Diagnosis Code to Delete field, select the diagnosis code.

4. The Associated Diagnosis Codes Included in This Entry field displays diagnosis codes in the code group.
