Contracting Provider Program Availability Search

Search bed and slot availability for a contracting provider program.
  • This data will be compared to Contracting Provider Registration records and Contracting Provider Program data to determine the search results.
  • If connected via ProviderConnect Enterprise, this data will populate from provider submissions via the Contracting Provider Availability form. 
  1. Go to: Avatar MSO > Provider Management > Contracting Provider Program Availability Search.
  2. In the Search Effective Date field, enter the date for which the search should be performed. This is compared to the Contracting Provider Program Availability form's Reservation Date values.
  3. In the Office Address (ZIP Code) field, enter the ZIP code for the office location.
  4. In the Provider field, search for and select the provider.
  5. In the Contracting Provider Program field, search for and select the program.
  6. In the Gender field, select the genders to search.
  7. In the Program Age Group field, select the age groups to search.
  8. In the Languages field, select all languages that apply to the search.
  9. In the Special Accommodations field, select all specific conditions that apply to the search.
  10. Click Display Search Results to generate the report.
