Associated Code Upload

Import File Format

The tab delimited text file should have one line per code, and be in the following format:

• Code Type

  Funding Source ID

  Associated Code Group Description

  Associated Code

   

• Code Type must be either 'C','R','DSM', or 'ICD'

• The type of code imported must be the same setup in the Diagnosis Table For Custom Diag Lookups registry setting.

1. Click Upload File.

• A file import dialog displays. Navigate to the file, click Open.

2. The Select File field displays the file name.

3. Click Process File.

• The Upload Results field displays the upload file results.
