Assign MSO Care Manager

Assign care managers to track the care of members.

Prerequisites:

  • Users must be associated with a position class in the User Definition form, Supplemental Information section (this section is enabled through System Security Defaults form, RADplus Utilities).

  • The position class associated with the user must not be selected in the Set System Defaults form (Care Managers Restricted To These Position Classes field).

  • If no position classes are selected, all myAvatar MSO users can be assigned as a care manager.

  1. In the Select Client screen, search for and select the client by name or ID.

  • If the client has previous care managers assigned, a pre-display displays.
  • Select a care manager assignment to edit or create.
  1. In the Care Manager Assigned field, enter the user name, and select.

  2. In the Date Care Manager Assigned field, enter the care manager assign date.

  3. In the Primary Level of Care field, select the level of care.

  4. Click Submit.
