Open Incident (with MSO)

When myAvatar MSO is installed, additional functionality is available in the Open Incident form.

Contracting Provider Involved Section
  1. In the Contracting Provider Involved table, click Add New Item.
  2. In the Contracting Provider Involved field, enter the provider name or ID, and select the appropriate provider from the drop down list.
  3. In the Type Of Contracting Provider Involvement field, select the type of involvement.
Performing Provider Involved Section
  1. In the Performing Provider Involved table, click Add New Item.
  2. In the Performing Provider Involved field, enter the provider name or ID, and select the appropriate provider from the drop down list.
  3. In the Type Of Performing Provider Involvement field, select the type of involvement.
