Sign in to myAvatar.
Select a client/patient.
Select an episode.
Select the Flowsheet console.
Select the Wound Care collection.
Select Add Wound.
Select a wound type.
Select a wound location.
Select Add.
Results: The wound is now available in the list of wounds for the client/patient, and it can be entered on assessments.
