Clear an assessment in Flowsheet
You can clear myAvatar Flowsheet assessment data that was entered in error if the assessment has not been signed.
- Sign in to myAvatar.
- Select a client/patient.
- Select an episode.
- Select the Flowsheet console.
- Enter the assessment date and time.
- Enter assessment data.
- Select Clear above the assessment data.
Note: Cleared assessment data cannot be retrieved or reverted.
