Clear an assessment in Flowsheet

You can clear myAvatar Flowsheet assessment data that was entered in error if the assessment has not been signed.   

  1. Sign in to myAvatar.
  2. Select a client/patient.
  3. Select an episode.
  4. Select the Flowsheet console.
  5. Enter the assessment date and time.
  6. Enter assessment data.
  7. Select Clear above the assessment data.
    Note: Cleared assessment data cannot be retrieved or reverted.
