Assessment documentation can be entered and displayed for Vitals, I&O, LTDD, Nursing, Respiratory, Rehab, and Wound. Lab and Microbiology results are displayed. Data is quickly trended using graphs. In an inpatient environment it is important to be able to take action before a critical events happen. Trending data over time in the flowsheet can help tell the full patient story and provide more successful patient outcomes.
When used in conjunction with other NX documentation features like Tasklist, the Flowsheet offers holistic interdisciplinary care.
